Use WordPress application to market company blog
Provide a link to the company website on your profile page. Use LinkedIn’s WordPress application and share the company blog with your connections. This application not only allows you to sync your company blog to your profile but also lets you filter the blog posts that you want to be displayed on your profile.

When you are using LinkedIn search to look for people, try filtering the results based on your field of business. For example, if your business is into mobile market try reaching out to people working in major mobile companies like Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson etc. You can also reach out to media companies and aim for marketing your products and services through various media sources.
Create an event
One of the great ways to build your brand and expand your business is by hosting an event. LinkedIn has an events platform that allows you to target thousands of individuals and let them know about your event. Creating an event is quite simple and all you have to do is answer few questions. Once you have created your event, send invitations to the people you think might be interested in attending your event. The event details also appear on the profile page of the people who have accepted the invitation, so it not only lets your connections know about the event, but also spreads the word across the connections of others.
Create a LinkedIn Group
Do you have a LinkedIn group for your business? If not, create a LinkedIn group for your company. Increase the search rankings on LinkedIn’s search section, by adding relevant keywords, related to your business, in the group description and title. You can also add your company website or blog to the group, to drive more traffic to your site.
Join Groups
LinkedIn’s groups promote free knowledge sharing between individuals with similar interests. Once you join groups that are relevant to you and your company’s expertise, you can start actively participating in the group interactions by posting discussions topics, commenting on threads created by others and learning from those having expertise in your area of interest.
