In an effort to engage and educate the youth of  India on various political, health, economics, current affairs & cultural issues, the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP)has launched an internet television channel by the name of Yuva TV.

The Yuva TV would be webcasted between 5 to 7 PM every day and the programs would be available on http://www.yuva4india.tv. Apart from offering a content rich, experiential and innovative platform for the Indian youth, BJP will also feature live webcasts of rallies and other events on this new channel.

“Bharatiya Janata Party believes that today’s young generation is the catalyst of future growth and is committed to providing them platforms for positive and active participation in India’s political process. We also firmly believe in the need for creating open forums to showcase exemplary work done, projects of Antyodaya and Good Governance by the party and other social organizations across India. We are confident that like our social media and online membership initiatives, YUVA too would also be a stellar success,” said Dr. Arvind Gupta, Convener National IT Cell, BJP.

BJP has been actively using technology, social media, and mobile tools to reach out to the masses. Last year, the party launched and Android app and online donations enabling supporters to donate to the party’s fund through its website.
