Just last week, YouTube announced that it’s making the YouTube Partner Program available to everyone, who is interested in creating some entertaining videos and earning few bucks through advertising. The Partner Program will now be available to all content creators across 20 countries, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.
To help video creators, create videos of high audio quality, YouTube has now spruced up its audio editing tools giving users more options for adding and editing the soundtracks of their videos.
YouTube has now added more tracks to its songs library. You can now use AudioSwap feature(which lets you replace the dull recorded background music of your video with a suitable music from YouTube’s library) with any song from a YouTube’s list of 150,000+ tracks.
Find the best songs across genres using the “featured tracks” and mix music into your video’s soundtrack at levels ranging from “soft background” to “completely replace”.
YouTube has also revamped the Audio Editing user interface to make it simpler and more convenient to use. These improvements will be available to all creators around the world, over the next few days. To try out these new changes, go to Video Manager > Edit > Enhancements > Audio.
Here’s a video demonstration of the new features being rolled out:
