Basic Queries
1. What does the 'Flush', 'Grow' and 'Reciprocate' buttons do?
Flush :
This action shows you the list of the people who are not following you. Thereafter,
you can select the people and unfollow them.
Grow :
This action provides you the list of interesting people. You can select the people
from the list and follow them all at once.
Reciprocate:
This shows you the list of the people who are following you but you are not following
them. You can select the people from the list and follow them back.
2. What do 'Fans' and 'Stars' mean?
Fans :
This means number of people who are following you but you are not following them
back.
Stars :
This means number of people who you are following but they are not following you
back.
3. What does 'Friends' mean?
These are the number of people who you are following and they are also following
you back.
4. What does the Buzzom Score mean?
Buzzom score is a measure of your social activity in Twitter. These are calculated
using simple behavioral model of the user. This has been tested among 200 thousand
users.
5. Can you explain each score?
Influence Ratio :
This is the ratio of number of people you are following to the number of people
who are following you. The higher the Influence Score, it shows that more people
are willing to follow you even if you don’t follow back. Example : @bbcclick etc
Retweet Ratio :
It is the ratio of retweets done by you and your total tweets. This is the measure
of your tweeting habits. If you do more retweets than tweets then this figure will
be high.
Tweet Efficiency :
This is the measure of the efficiency of your score. It is a good way of identifying
the nature of the user. If a user has a very high tweet rate but if this followers
are less than it shows that his tweets are wasted. Thus tweet efficiency shows the
effect of your tweets. The more is the Tweet efficiency, the higher is the rate
of your tweets being responded.
Retweet Count :
This gives you the magnitude of your tweets being retweeted by others. If your tweets
are being retweeted most of the times by others then surely your retweet score will
be high. This shows the importance of your tweets in the social media and signifies
your importance in the network.
Followers Count :
This is a figure derived from your number of followers.
6. How is Buzzom Score calculated?
Buzzom Score is the overall score of the user. It is calculated by taking all the
other scores into consideration.
7. What is the importance of Lock/Block Button?
This is one of the most important functions which add value to the user experience.
It is not necessary that each user in your network are authentic, they may be spammer
or just some annoying Bots. In such case, they will always be following you. In
such case blocking them in your account will allow you to ignore them completely.
In the other hand, there may be some useful twitter user such as News Channel or Celebrity whom you want to follow even though they may not follow you back. In such case, they will never appear in your flush list. Therefore locking them will ensure that they don’t get flushed way.
8. What is Locked User Section?
This contains the list of all the users that you have locked or blocked. From this
section you can view the list and unlock or unblock them.

1. What is Twitter API?
Twitter API is the service provided by the twitter through which a third party can
use to make an application based on Twitter. It is through this which makes so many
Twitter Tools possible.
2. What is the issue of rate limit in Twitter?
Twitter API has limited to 100 requests per hour for the twitter service. This limits
the number of times you can request for operations to be performed in third party
Twitter Application.
3. How is the rate limit related to my problem in TwitIn?
Well, if you have many followers in your list then TwitIn requires the use of Twitter
API to get and send information to and from the Twitter. Hence, if you have many
friends than your all requests gets exhausted hence you get error.
4. How do I solve the problem?
The best way is to disable any twitter application and retry after an hour.
5. What if the problem still exists?
Most of the time, the problem is due to the service of Twitter itself. Twitter,
itself has a low response time and causes inefficient operation. In such case, it
is best recommended to exit the twitter application and wait for hours before Twitter
itself becomes stable.
6. Why does TwitIn show Failed to load when I press Reciprocate, even when I have
fans number more than zero?
Usually, when the people following you are blocked or suspended by the user, twitter
cannot access to the user details. Hence, TwitIn doesn’t show you any list.
7. Why does the friends and fans number do not show in some user’s profile?
Twitter’s internal calculations shows exception when calculating the number of friends
and fans for people, who have very large number of followers, like @bbcclick or
@mashable. Hence TwitIn cannot display their profile.
8. How long does it take for a certain request to be completed by the TwitIn?
When you click the reciprocate or grow button, the actions are immediately taken.
The time depends on the number of people you have selected. In order to verify your
action, you can log on to Twitter and check with the list.
9. InRev TwitIn Privacy Information
InRev TwitIn and its Admins do not store any of your data, any data provided by
you or to you is only used for it's intended declared purpose and then promptly
discarded.
